To All IPSC BC Members,
Due to the ongoing wildfire situation in British Columbia and the resulting postponement of the 2026 IPSC BC Provincials, we are making a change to the previously announced Annual General Meeting.
The 2026 IPSC BC Annual General Meeting will now be held online via Zoom on Monday, August 31st, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
New AGM Details
Date: Monday, August 31, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Online via Zoom
Moving the AGM online will allow us to continue with the important business of the association without requiring members to travel during the current wildfire situation.
The health and safety of our members, directors, volunteers, and families remains our priority. We believe holding the AGM online is the best way to ensure members can participate while avoiding unnecessary travel and gathering concerns.
The previously announced in-person AGM on August 29th in Vernon will no longer take place.
A Zoom meeting link and additional instructions for participating in the AGM will be provided to members prior to the meeting.
All other AGM business will proceed as outlined in the original AGM notice.
